The most unpredictable bondšŸ’— (Poetry blog-17)

Yes we are from the same era,
But have different interests.
For helping in the opera,
Not me but he needs perks.

All the year round,
He would fight with me.
But just for three days he would…
Fight with everyone else for me.

These three days are really special,
From the whole chart.
Cause…
His and mine birthdays’ and raksha bandhan are the bestest parts.

Although he would like to have all the presents and not give me any.
How traditions matters,
When there are smiles many.

This festival is known for brother protecting his sister,
Despite all the fights we have…
Everytime, he proudly say that she is my elder sister and the one who protects me from every evil that comes my way.
………

From sharing stuff to hiding our favorite things from each other… We never forget to mention each other’s most preferable chocolates in the grocery list.
So its raksha bandhan, an indian festival that is known to celebrate the bond between a brother and a sister. Sister ties a rakhi (band) on her brother’s hand with a belief that no matter what the situation is he will stand with her and brother gives presents to his sister wishing her a sweet life full of happiness.
I hope you all liked the bond with my brother that i have tried to describe in my poetry. Wishing you a very happy raksha bandhanšŸŒŸšŸ˜Š
See you all soon. Cheers!
